QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


We are looking for new teammates as “Technical Customer Service Specialist” in accordance with the following criteria for our After-Sales team located in Ankara and İstanbul.

 

About Role:

  • To deliver a 7/24 first line software support service, receiving incidents and service requests from various routes including telephone, web tickets, chat and e mail on a shift-based schedule.
  • To identify the required service level, refering complex problems and issuing to the Software Support team.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Excellent command of written and especially spoken English is a must.
  • Basic knowledge but huge interest on computer based systems
  • Knowledge of network configuration and hardware components
  • Ability to use the remote desktop systems and applications
  • Preferably, hand on experience on a similar position
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications to prepare operational documents
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with a strong customer focus
  • Willing to learn new technologies & information, open to self-improvement
