We are looking for an "Finance Manager" for our team, who willworking in line with company’s objectives,

The main responsibilities of the ideal candidate will be to:  

• Manage, coordinate Finance team and delegate the works appropriately,
• Prepare management reports financial analysis on time,
• Develop existing business processes under responsibility, lead appropriate corporate innovations that will increase efficiency and productivity,
• Create finance resources and control cash flow,
• Coordinate relationships with banks and other other public institutions,
• Provide communication and coordination with project units,
• Train talented and value-added personnel, provide motivation, contribute to carrier plan,
• Plan and execute budgeting processes, accurate and timely prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, financial reports and management reports,
• Manage and control Cash flow,
• Have experience in financial reporting tools.

İŞ TANIMI

• The ideal candidate for the position should possess the following qualifications:
• Master’s in accounting, Finance or Business Administration,
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar position, 
• Microsoft Office proficiency is essential, in particular with Excel, 
• Military obligation must be completed for male candidates,
• Having analytical thinking skills, successful in problem solving,
• Proactive, result-oriented and strong problem-solving skills with delicate attention to details,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Experienced in Construction / Contracting industry,
• Preferred candidates - with good knowledge of legal legislation and able to work on financial statement analysis,
• No restriction for travel.
