Engineer - HVAC

For our client operating in the global events and exhibitions industry, we are seeking anHVAC Engineer to be assigned to an international event project taking place in Antalya on a fixed-term, project-based employment basis.

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the design, installation, operation, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design and review of HVAC systems for buildings and facilities
• Assist with installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC equipment
• Monitor system performance and recommend energy efficiency improvements
• Perform preventive maintenance and support corrective maintenance activities
• Troubleshoot HVAC system issues and coordinate repair activities
• Review technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with project schedules and quality standards
• Maintain technical documentation, reports, and maintenance records
• Support energy-saving and optimization initiatives
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and local regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in HVAC systems (entry-level candidates are welcome to apply)
• Basic understanding of HVAC design principles
• Familiarity with Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and VRF systems
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software
• Knowledge of energy efficiency practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
• Good command of English is preferred
• Willingness to travel when required
