Logistic & Transportation Coordinator

For our client operating in the global events and exhibitions industry, we are seeking a Logistics & Transportation Coordinator to join an international event project in Antalya on a fixed-term, project-based contract.

Job Description

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments via air, sea, and land.

• Monitor shipment status and report updates to the Logistics Manager.

• Review shipping documents, customs paperwork, invoices, and permits.

• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, transport providers, and warehouse teams.

• Resolve shipment delays and day-to-day logistics issues.

• Ensure compliance with customs, legal, and safety regulations.

• Support logistics planning for project equipment, materials, and event operations.

• Coordinate daily transportation arrangements for project staff.

• Manage personnel and vehicle site access pass applications.

• Maintain accurate logistics records and prepare regular reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field is preferred.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics coordination within construction, events, or similar industries.

• Good knowledge of logistics processes, customs regulations, and transport documentation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/logistics software.

• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to work flexible hours during peak project periods.

• Good command of English is preferred.
