Rollout&Field Operations Supply Senior Specialist

We are seeking a Rollout&Field Operations Supply Senior Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to  Central Rollout&Field Operation Senior Manager of  Vodafone Turkey.

The accountabilities of this role are:

• Management of Infrastructure & Energy structures in RAN and developing projects related to energy efficiency and sustainability with Vodafone Group such as green sites, sustainable energy, projects of energy infrastructure.  
• Ensure that all network installation and civil work are compliant with VF Group’s design standards and local requirements
• Represent Vodafone Turkey for energy and infrastructure initiatives and lead locally the strategy guidance given from VF Group
• Management and collaboration with Vendors & Local Maintenance Partners
• Work cross-functional with Finance, SCM, Network Planning and related departments
• Enhance infrastructure so that all field activities carried out by field teams in accordance with VF Group’s H&S requirements
• Manage purchasing process from purchase order to equipment delivery and invoicing
• Plan equipment delivery and replenishment for network investment 
• Tracking the works of Technical Regions and Vendors, evaluating and reporting performances of Regions & Vendors depending on KPI’s
• Yearly & monthly budget management of projects (monthly forecasts, pre & after reports)

• Bachelor Degree of engineering departments of universities 
• At least 2 years of experience
• Excellent written and oral communications 
• Very good level of English
• Excellent presentation skills  
• Ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams 
• Creative problem solving skills 
• Willing to team work 
• Takes personal responsibility
