What We Are Looking For?

As Votorantim Cimentos Turkey, we are looking for a Purchasing Specialist to work in our Head Office, Ankara.

• Bachelor’s degree in Faculty of Economics and Administrarive Sciences, Engnieerings or related field,
• Master is a plus
• Proficiency in English knowledge,
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred,
• Knowledge of purchasing principles,
• Good level of knowledge of MS Office tools - especially Excel,
• Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines,
• Fast learner with strong adaptability
• Mobility is necessary

Job Description

As an Purchasing Specialist you will be responsible for to carry out the entire purchasing process of the company (investment, raw materials, service contracts, critical reserves, etc.) in accordance with the purchasing procedure. To prepare, report and follow up the company's purchasing budget according to the purchasing performance plans. Actively participating in the bargaining negotiations, creating the bargaining strategy before the bargaining negotiations, calculating the cost analysis, setting the targets, making the budget controls. The work is expected to be done in line with the Company’s quality policies & Company values, and beliefs.
