General Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years, of experience in a Contracts Manager position
• Proficiency in English (Good)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in computer usage
• Ability to work on-site

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Hoteliers 
• Analyze contract terms and conditions to ensure they comply with company policies and legal requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contract terms are met
• Provide guidance and support to team members on contract-related issues
• Utilize analytical thinking to assess and mitigate risks associated with contracts
• Ensure successful human relations in all interactions
• Maintain accurate records of all contract-related documents and communications
• Use computer tools effectively to manage contract documentation and communication
