Production & Maintenance Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering MS Degree will be a plus

·         Located or will be living in Adana

.         No military service obligation     

·         At least 2 years of practical experience and know-how of mechanical maintenance engineering is required especially pneumatic and hydraulic systems

·         Practical knowledge of pneumatic systems is must

·         Knowledge of downtime analysis and practical knowledge of problem solving tools

·         Knowledge of maintenance management methods and predictive inspection tools

·         Team leadership and project management experience preferred

·         Detailed understanding of preventative/predictive maintenance theory

·         Effective communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management

·         Competent in problem-solving, analytical and interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of people

·         Experience in SAP system is preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·         Monitoring the mechanical preventive and corrective maintenance and overhauling work activities to ensure safe and efficient application of procedures and implementation of optimal mechanical maintenance

·         Managing the timely response to all emergency breakdowns and provide prompt corrective action to ensure plant availability, thereby minimizing downtime and possibility of liquidity damages

·         Checking and reporting on maintenance performance to ensure technical and timely delivery of all activity

·         Taking accountability for maintenance planning/preparation of technical demanding tasks ensuring discipline support to full process

·         Providing recommendations for critical spares and optimize asset inventory
