QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are a subsidiary of an international automotive supplier which is active in comfort, climatisation and e-mobility solutions. Our subsidiary is responsible for the entire MENA region and we are searching for a Sales Manager who will take over the following tasks;

  • Act as the single point of contact of customers
  • Coordinate the sales and technical related activities of the international acquisition projects
  • Will take over and develop present accounts and create new accounts

All related skills, knowledge and experience for managing above listed tasks are essential and will be reviewed during the recruitment process. 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue and profit increase to achieve the company's growth target
  • Good at communication and being a team member to maintain the excellent team spirit      
  • Focus on the implementation and development of the strategy
  • Be a key driver in initiating market requirements and work with other departments in the development of solutions and offers
  • Maintain relationships with key clients and prospects
  • Follow the latest industry developments and stay up to date on competitors’ developments
  • Carry out sales development activities in legal practices and company policies
  • Understand customer priorities and create "How to win strategies”
  • Be aware of competitive environment in order to devise successful sales strategies & tactics to achieve business objectives
  • Be actively involved in meetings, presentations, trainings and events with customers and intercompany 

Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Capability to listen and understand market and clients’ needs & expectations and to translate them into solutions
  • Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting
  • Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner
  • Capable to think strategically on both short and long term
  • Knowledge of competitors and market trends in MENA region
  • Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English
  • No restriction of travelling
  • Being an active driver
