Logistics Assistant Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage daily outbound logistics operations through SAP (ERP).
• Create outbound deliveries, shipping documents, and invoices.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with freight forwarders.
• Monitor sales orders, inventory, and logistics processes to ensure on-time delivery.
• Resolve logistics and system-related issues in collaboration with internal departments and WEG headquarters.
• Ensure compliance with Incoterms, shipping procedures, and company standards.
• Prepare export documentation, including Certificates of Origin and Supplier Declarations.
• Track logistics KPIs and support continuous process improvement.
• Support carrier performance evaluation and freight tendering activities.
• Maintain logistics documentation and work instructions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, export, or supply chain operations.
• Experience working with SAP ERP.
• Good knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping processes.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Analytical, organized, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
