Sales Engineer

Job Purpose 

This role has key importance of increasing key customer sales and customer satisfaction within the area of responsibility. 

Key Responsibilities 

Manage activities in Turkey according to company’s operation procedures in safe way 

Increase sales AM in his region 

Ensure maximization of sales opportunities and volume of the complete Weir Minerals product portfolio in the offered and on-going sales projects and participating in these activities when required 

Visit customer sites in the region of responsibility in Turkey on regular basis in order to meet customer’s needs 

Create opportunities in the region of responsibility 

Identify customer’s Spare parts needs upfront 

Ensure that reporting procedures are followed and reports include sufficient information 

Maintain up to date records and follow touch-points of agreements from start to finish, order processing 

Run product samples/trials and tracking it

Complete the sales documents and maintain database containing sales information 

Prepare sales presentations 

Manage customer complaint and support sales/service team in this area 

Follow up quotations that has been sent to customers 

Build strong relationships with the customers’ decision makers in his region 

Qualifications 

Bachelor’s Degree in Mining, Mineral Processing or Mechanical Engineering 

Minimum 3 Year of experience 

Strong written/verbal communication skills. 

Result oriented with focus on continuous improvement. 

Demonstrated capability to successfully partner with peers and senior business leaders. 

Proficiency in MS Office applications. 

Fluency in both written and spoken English 

Driving licence is mandatory 

No obstacle to travel
