QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Ege Profil has been established in 1981, is the leader of the Turkish PVC Profile Sector, continues its investment activities empowered by its brand history over a quarter of a century. Our Company operates in the PVC profile sector under six brands, namely Egepen Deceuninck, Winsa,Pimapen, Maestro, IQ Aluminium and IQ Camoda. The facility in İzmir (Menemen), with its indoor area of 80,000 sqm2 and a machinery park of a capacity of 100,000 tons, the Kocaeli (Kartepe) plant is dedicated to the Winsa and Pimapen products with an indoor area of 34,000 sqm2 and a machinery park with a capacity of 45,000 tons. Moreover, all brands have individual Regional Directorates in İzmir, İstanbul, Ankara and Adana.

In order to support our growing organization we are looking for Maintenance Manager Kocaeli plant who fulfills the following requirements;

• Preferably bachelor’s Degree from Electrical Engineering,
• Proven experience on equipment maintenance processes for at least 8-10 years,
• Hand-on experience on investment projects,
• Proficiency on MS Office tools,
• Experience on utilities (piping, pumps, vacuum, compressed air  and chiller systems)
• Prefreabbly experience on cogen systems,
• Experience on Middle and High Voltage Distribution Systems (Preferably Certified High Voltage Operation Manager)
• Experience on PLC/HMI automation systems,
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with leadership approach,
• Advanced level of written and verbal English,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

      JOB DESCRIPTION

• Leading maintenance engineer and maintenance staff (Electrical & Mechanical)
• Establish and optimize production equipment maintenance mechanism and method.
• Managing preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Supporting new material & equipment & machine installation projects, improving existing process and creating new ideas regarding the requirements of factory.
• Manage spare part stock area and build spare parts list for production equipment.
• Evaluate and audit suppliers and subcontractors.
• Leading environmental KPI’s (Energy, Natural gas, Water Consumptions) and report monthly to management.
