JOB DESCRIPTION (What Will You Do?)

• Establish the initial contact with prospective students who have booked appointments in our system and conduct online (video) strategy analysis meetings.

• Present the most suitable German public or private university alternatives based on the candidates' academic backgrounds, language proficiency levels, and budgets.

• Embodying our philosophy that "We are the experts," maintain a professional mentoring stance that assesses the student's eligibility for education in Germany, rather than focusing on a transactional sale.

• Answer questions from students and their families, deliver custom-tailored proposal packages when necessary, and hit sales (enrollment) targets.

• Accurately log all meeting details, action plans, and follow-up processes into the CRM system.
