Industrial Engineer

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or related discipline,
• Minimum 3 years of related experience,
• Fluent in both spoken and written English,
• Knowledge of MTM (Methods – Time Measurement) is essential.
• Lean Production knowledge (Kaizen, 5S, VSM etc.)  and Ergonomics is required. Basic knowdege of 6 sigma is an asset.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills for effective interface with all contacts,
• Experience in Microsoft Office and ERP programs,
• Must have analytical skills that identify root cause determination and drive problem solving,
• Ability to work effectively as a team member,
• Detail orientated, comfortable with multi task responsibilities,
•  Living in Asian side of İstanbul.

• Maintaining and inserting process times and the routings in the ERP System,
• Preparing IE related documentation i.e. Job Instructions,
• Attending Kaizen Activities,
• Preparing KPI Reports.
