Import Export Specialist

We are looking for a ‘Supply Chain Specialist’ for our partner, in Food & Beverages sector, that will be responsible of the European Middle East and Africa Zone. Who will be working in a high performing team, alongside peers who are always trying to reach the next level! The new team member will be reporting into S&OP and Logistic Manager MEA. 

 - Manages and coordinates Purchase Order placement and Order Production Cycle with factories until delivery/booking in the system, 

- Manages and coordinates Freight Forwarders, Customs Authorities, Brokers and Warehouse, 

- Responsible for Invoice and Import declaration check (Customs declarations, Customs invoices), 

- Responsible for Invoice validation and payment submission (VLC invoices), 

- Follow up Labelling Process,

 - Establish communication with the foreign manufactures, 

- Control the daily warehousing activities as a primary responsibility, 

- To ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations and to increase the company’s overall market share, 

 - Responsible for coordinate delivery to local customers, 

- Support Commercial team in order to achieve company Targets, 

- Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, 

- Excellent organizing, prioritizing and problem-solving skills with a strong sense of urgency. 

Qualifications: 

- Customs Legislation and Logistics Process Experience, 

- Bachelors’ degree from the reputable universities, 

- Min. 3 to 5 years of experiences within the relatable sectors (food & beverage, FMCG, etc.) 

- Advanced Computer skills (Excel, Power Point, Word & outlook) 

- Advanced English knowledge (will report to a foreign manager), 

- Excellent communication skills, to deal with all kinds of different stakeholders. 

 - Analytical candidates for our data driven company, the candidate must know how to translate complex data into a simple solution with your analytical mind-set. 

 - Result driven; not only on your own results, but always do what’s best for the company as well. 

 - Project management skills; Time management is an essential quality; candidate must be organized, structured and always have an overview of all the deliverables.
