Plant Manager

Seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead and manage all production operations at one of our customers' dry food plant.

• BS degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent required,
• 10-15 years’ experience in production management in a food manufacturing plant required,
• Experience with ERP systems, MS Office, and cost accounting,
• Systems thinker, business analyser, barrier breaker, facilitator, results oriented,
• Ability to see how the parts connect to the whole operation and respond cross-functionally to meet production go,
• Responsible for all manufacturing operations including the safety, production efficiencies, quality, customer service, and financial performance of the plant,
• Leads team members by managing and executing plant processes,
• Supports continuous improvement processes to ensure safety, quality, cost, and customer service goals are met,
• Manages full P&L for plant.
• High mobility to Saudi Arabia.

• Maintain a work environment of continuous improvement and lead problem solving activities, new project and process implementation,
• Meet regularly with and professionally interact with customers’ representatives,
• Partner with engineering and maintenance to ensure equipment is designed and functioning to specifications,
• Lead people and teams to ensure skills are appropriately applied, learning and development are occurring and proper levels of self-discipline are maintained,
• Manage and resolve non-conformance issues,
• Investigate causes of faulty product and take proper corrective action,
• Monitor scheduling and production of the plants, including materials, manpower, equipment, ensure all lines are operating efficiently and effectively.
