Now, We are looking for a "Accounts Payable" to join our amazing team!

Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate processing of supplier invoices, monitoring daily financial transactions, and supporting the overall efficiency of the accounting operations in line with company policies and financial reporting standards.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable entries, general ledger postings, and bank reconciliations.
• Process and record supplier invoices in accordance with the company’s financial reporting structure and cost center hierarchy.
• Review and record operational expenses and ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
• Prepare supplier payment schedules and coordinate payment execution in line with company procedures.
• Perform monthly and yearly balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Execute accrual accounting when required to support accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation in compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
• Support the Finance team in maintaining strong internal controls and efficient financial processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of Turkish GAAP and accounting principles.
• Previous experience in hospitality or a multinational environment is considered an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with a proactive approach to learning and professional development in an international working environment.
