We are seeking an Import Export Specialist to join our dynamic Import/Export sector team. This role involves managing and optimizing the import and export processes, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and collaborating with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of global trade practices and be able to navigate complex logistical challenges. General Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from relevant university departments,
• At least 3 years of experience in the Import-Export Specialist position,
• Fluency in English (Native level),
• No restrictions on international or domestic travel,
• In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance,
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment,
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically,
• Experience in managing logistics and supply chain operations,
• Ability to work on-site.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of import and export operations,
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations,
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners,
• Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency,
• Prepare and review shipping documents, customs declarations, and other related paperwork,
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery,
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to import/export activities,
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives,
• Utilize analytical thinking to identify opportunities for process improvements,
• Leverage Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting,
• Foster a collaborative team environment and contribute to team success.
