Job Description
We are seeking dynamic, professional, and customer-oriented Hosts/Hostesses to join our international tourism operations team.
Responsibilities:
* Welcoming international guests arriving in Türkiye and ensuring a smooth arrival experience.
* Providing personalized assistance and accompanying guests throughout airport procedures until their departure flights.
* Supporting VIP and private jet passengers during their travel arrangements.
* Accompanying selected European guests on short international trips when required (maximum stay abroad: 1–2 days).
* Acting as a company representative and maintaining the highest standards of customer service and hospitality.
* Assisting guests with travel-related inquiries and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout their journey.
* Participating in domestic and international company training programs as required.
Requirements
* Upper-Intermediate English level or higher (spoken and written).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Professional appearance and presentation.
* Customer relations, hospitality, tourism, aviation, or similar service industry experience preferred.
* Born in 1990 or later.
* Available to start work between 15–25 July.
* Able to participate in international training programs and business trips.
* Possession of a valid Schengen visa is highly preferred.
* Ability to represent the company professionally in international environments.
* Flexible schedule and willingness to travel when required.
