To strengthen our team we are looking Quality Engineer for our office in Nilüfer, Bursa.

What will your job be about?

• Communicate with customer for any blocking point related to module or harness PPAPs for solutions after internal alignments
  
• Presentation overview preparation at the beginning of each PRO phase
  
• Follow up of modules which needs to be PPAPed wıth Yazakı plants and submıssıon of overvıew to customer and to internal departments related to project meetings
  
• Up coming PPAP phase plannings according to project master timing plans and/or upcoming RFQ phases
  
• Follow up and ensure PPAP tracking files and PPPA performance KPIs and actions with Yazaki plants to achieve targets
  
• Ensure with plants that all milestones are entered within due dates to START system by plants
  
• Ensure shifting process for not ordered modules in START system and follow up of shifting process again for upcoming phases, reporting shifted parts on time to customer with the PPAP overview presentation
  
• Coordinate Internal PPAP Proceses (for example IMDS, Contracts, component status, blank releases of modules, ZGS levels of drawings for related phases in production with PM team
  
• Initiate continious improvement activities related PPAP process and tracking files
  
• Assure the qualification of new products according to PPAP process and not to miss any harness wıthout PPAP from the plants (support and follow-up of plant processes
  

What will you bring with you?

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar
• At least 3 years of experience in automotive sector as a quality engineer
• Fluent in English
  
• Advance level of MS Office knowledge
• Competent with problem solving and analytical thinking skills
• Having good knowledge and experience to set-up Quality Management System as well as to develop and implement a Quality and production strategy in accordance with the overall strategy of the company
• Strategic thinking (challenge the status quo by thinking out of the box)
• No military service obligation for male candidates
• Able to travel
