QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a “Quality Control Engineer” for our Bursa-Mudanya Plant with below major tasks and qualifications.

MAJOR TASKS:

• Graduated from engineering faculties of universities,
• At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry,
• Experienced in IATF 16949 Quality Management System,
• Good command of English,
• Actively involved in APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA processes,
• Good command of problem solving techniques (Kaizen, 8D, Fishbone, 4M, etc.) and systematic quality tools,
• Documentation management skills,
• Customer-oriented, systematic and analytical,
• High communication and organizational skills,
• Dynamic, creative and analytical thinker,
• Highly motivated and prone to teamwork,
• No military service for male candidates.

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Preparation and follow-up of QC production preparation plans, QC work flow charts and control plans

• Participating in PFMEA studies,

• Checking actions against past problems (kakotora) are implemented.

• Examination of internal defect, improvement studies and follow-up of practices

• Conducting improvement studies and preventive actions in order to present ideas so that defects do not repeat, and to achieve the determined quality targets,

• Determining the controls of critical features,

• Analysis and reporting of warranty returns

• Transfer of the design changes information into the department,

• Coordinating the approval of the stock control decision form by the relevant departments,

• Approval of repair instructions,

• Control and approval of the UTD form,

• Tracking defects that are detected during ISIR phase

• Control of in-plant production and reporting of defect points,

• Presenting ideas so that defects are not repeated, and warning the necessary units

• Control and follow-up of important warning and defect documents

• Checking the suitability of working conditions in abnormal situation

• Review of customer spesific requirements

• Coordination of departments to integrate revisions from customer specific requests into the current system

• Ensuring that customer complaints are notified to the plant

• Conducting customer audit preparations and accompanying the audit
