At present, we are seeking a highly skilled “Foreign Trade & Logistics Specialist” to join our team in Kartal, İstanbul.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from relevant departments of universities
• Minimum 5 years of experience in foreign trade, import/export, customs, and international logistics operations.
• Advanced level of English proficiency
• Good knowledge of Incoterms, foreign trade regulations, customs procedures, and payment terms.
• Experience in freight procurement, quotation evaluation, and supplier negotiations.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, and ERP systems.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple operational processes simultaneously.
• Experience in the energy, EPC, project logistics, or machinery/equipment sectors is a plus.

Job Description:

• Manage end-to-end import, export, transit trade, and international logistics operations.
• Coordinate and monitor sea, air, and road transportation activities.
• Obtain and evaluate freight quotations and support cost optimization efforts.
• Coordinate customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Prepare and manage foreign trade documentation, including shipping and customs documents.
• Follow up letters of credit, incentive-related processes, and cargo insurance activities.
• Collaborate with logistics providers, customs brokers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Work closely with Project, Finance, and Accounting teams to support operational requirements.
• Monitor shipment costs, delivery performance, and logistics KPIs, and prepare regular reports.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to foreign trade and logistics activities.
