Through our REAPG factory in Tuzla, we are expanding our capabilities in energy storage production and strengthening our vertical integration from EPC to BESS manufacturing.

 Currently we are seeking a highly skilled "Project Executive, Industrial & Automation" to join our team in Tuzla, İstanbul.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electrical-Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Automation, or Mechatronics
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in automation projects
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in project management
• Experience in site management and maintenance operations within industrial facilities or automation systems
• Strong technical knowledge of PLC, SCADA, DCS, HMI systems, sensors, and actuators
• Experience managing large-scale industrial automation projects
• Strong budget control, cost management, and risk analysis capabilities
• Ability to adapt to intense site-based operations and dynamic project environments
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills
• Strong team leadership, communication, and coordination abilities
• Ability to manage time pressure, stress, and work under challenging conditions
• No travel restrictions

Job Description

• Plan, manage, supervise, and execute all phases of automation projects to ensure timely, high-quality, and budget-compliant delivery
• Define project scope, develop project timelines, and manage end-to-end project processes from initiation to completion
• Build the project team, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure effective coordination
• Analyze customer requirements, define project needs, and develop solution proposals.
• Plan and procure materials, equipment, and workforce required for the project
• Prepare project budgets, control costs, and ensure on-time completion
• Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure full compliance with occupational health & safety rules, legal regulations, and quality standards
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and provide regular status updates to management
• Maintain effective communication with customers, suppliers, and all project stakeholders
• Prepare project close-out documents and final evaluation reports
• Follow technological advancements in automation and propose continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate effectively with other departments involved in related project work
