Through our REAPG factory in Tuzla, we are expanding our capabilities in energy storage production and strengthening our vertical integration from EPC to BESS manufacturing.

Currently, we are seeking a highly skilled "Proposal Specialist (Energy infrastructure projects)" to join our team.

 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in energy infrastructure projects
• Advanced level of proficiency in MS Office
• Good command of English
• Result-orientated with strong analytical thinking
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills and solution-oriented
• Ablility to manage stress and time with high organizational skills
• Exhibits initiative-taking and possesses strong analytical thinking skills
• Being patient and diplomatic, to effectively navigate various challenges
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Description

• Extraction of cost data for energy construction infrastructure projects
• Creation of cost analyses by comparing with similar projects
• Preparation of technical tender documents and sharing them with the relevant manager
• Creation of cost analyses for projects
• Preparation of project drawings
• Reviewing tasks from business developers, providing information and reports related to the project
• Sharing the relevant reports with the management
• Completion of the assigned tasks on time and in a way to save labour, time and materials
• Investigation of innovations related to the field.
