Through our REAPG factory in Tuzla, we are expanding our capabilities in energy storage production and strengthening our vertical integration from EPC to BESS manufacturing.

Currently we are seeking a highly skilled "Sr. Proposal Specialist" to join our team.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• Preferably, a minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal/tender preparation for substation, solar, BESS, or construction/EPC projects
• Advanced MS Office proficiency (especially Excel)
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
• Result-oriented mindset with strong analytical thinking
• Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and solution-oriented skills
• Strong time management, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure
• Proactive, self-driven, with a patient and diplomatic approach to problem-solving

What You'll Do

• Prepare cost analyses and cost estimations for solar, BESS, substation, and construction/EPC projects, benchmarking against comparable past projects
• Prepare project drawings and technical layouts supporting proposals
• Review inputs from business developers and provide project-related information and reports
• Share proposal and cost reports with management
• Track industry innovations and emerging trends in solar, BESS, and construction/EPC
• Deliver assigned tasks on time, optimizing for labor, time, and material efficiency
