We're seeking a "Maintenance Manager" for our business partner, a leading player in the construction and cement industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications are a plus,
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the construction and cement industry,
- Proven track record of successfully leading maintenance teams and implementing effective maintenance programs,
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems commonly used in industrial settings,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members at all levels of the organization,
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office suite,
- Willingness to travel as needed to various company sites,
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and adherence to regulations and best practices,
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities,
- Excellent command on English,
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies to maximize equipment uptime and operational efficiency,
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback,
- Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs to identify and address potential issues before they escalate,
- Coordinate with production and operations teams to schedule maintenance activities in a manner that minimizes disruption to production schedules,
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations,
- Manage maintenance budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and identify cost-saving opportunities,
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain departments to source spare parts and equipment as needed,
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards,
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and procedures,
- Serve as a liaison between maintenance, production, and management teams, communicating effectively to address concerns and optimize workflows.
