For our growing organization, we are looking for a "Lawyer"  to be based in YILDIRIM Group Headquarter, Maslak Office. 

Position Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from reputable universities,
• 3 years of experience as a lawyer either in a reputable law firm or in a multi-national company,
• Excellent command of written and spoken in English,
• Experience in consultancy and litigation,
• Proactive and strong follow-up on multi tasks,
• Excellence communication, negotiation and problem solving skills,
• Ability to work as a team member,
• Active Attorney’s License,
• No restriction in traveling.

Job Description:

• Drafting, preparing and negotiating all kinds of legal documents,
• Providing legal opinion on various kinds of legal issues related to company’s day to day operations,
• Researching and evaluating risk factors regarding company’s activities,
• Representing company before courts as attorney,
• Following up new legislations on company’s fields of activity and reporting related departments,
• Working in cooperation with company’s other departments and external counsels.
