Civil Engineer / Site Project Engineer

Location: Antalya, Türkiye

We are seeking a Civil Engineer / Site Project Engineer to join our international projects in Antalya. The ideal candidate will be actively involved in site operations, coordinate field teams, ensure the efficient execution of construction activities, and possess an excellent command of English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all site activities are carried out in accordance with project requirements, technical specifications, and construction schedules.
• Monitor and manage daily site operations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Inspect and verify that construction works comply with project drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Track project progress in line with the construction schedule and take necessary corrective actions when required.
• Take an active role in resolving technical and operational issues encountered on site.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Maintain effective communication with the Client, Project Management Team, and international stakeholders.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
• Manage English-language correspondence, reporting, and meeting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Preferably 3–7 years of site experience.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to communicate effectively with international teams.
• Experience in site operations and field coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Strong sense of responsibility, problem-solving skills, and follow-up capabilities.
• Preference for active field work rather than office-based roles.
• Residing in Antalya or willing to relocate.
