Service Engineer   Analyzers   Turkey (M)

Job

• Responsible for Installation, commissioning, upgrade, maintenance, calibration, commissioning and trouble-shooting for Process Analyzers, Analyzer Systems.
• Perform analyzer system communication with plant control system
• Responsible for the technical design, implementation and testing for the part of the scope as assigned to within the timeframes as agreed;
• Willingness to work offshore or overseas to suit project requirements; implementation and test of modifications and commissioning of analyzers on site
• Analyze customer’s functional requirements and work with customer’s engineers towards sensible analyzer solutions;
• Develop customer awareness of Yokogawa Analyzer capabilities;
• Technical responsibility for all aspects of design, installation, and commissioning of YOKOGAWA Analyzer and Sampling System.
• Participate in 27/4 Emergency standby to provide service support to customers, both by telephone and on site if necessary.
• Create and issue test documentation and reports.
• Organize and provide trainings to technical personnel, both internal and external.
• Provide technical sales support to sales team by providing expert level technical and application support

Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical or Electric&Electronic or equivalent
• At least three (3) years of experience in maintenance and commissioning for Process Analyzers and Analyzer Systems for the petrochemical, refineries, oil and gas industries is essential
• Experience in Specification, Maintenance and operation of Analyzer Houses, shelters, cabinets and all associated safety monitoring and HVAC systems is preferable
• Knowledge of GC, TDLS, IR , Zirconia, pH and Conductivity Analyzers
• Fluently in Turkish (preferably mother tongue) and English (speaking and writing skills);
• Knowledge of network communication (Modbus,Ethernet,Profibus etc.)
• Knowledge of CEMS
• Hands on experience to use of HART Communicator
• Knowledge of calibration for Process Analyzers
• Good knowledge of physical methods of analysis.
• Willingness to travel both onshore and offshore.
• Flexible attitude and problem-solving skills.
• Practical, decisive, self-starter and a team player with excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of and experience with software programs such as MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel,autocad,Eplan
• Driving licence B required
• Completed military service for male candidate
• Products are Analytical: Gas, liquid, TDLS,IR and GC,CEMS,SWAS

Candidates will not be taken into consideration who do not speak fluent or mother tongue Turkish.
