QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Department.
• Minumum 5 years experience in Production Department.
• Excellent teamwork, leadership skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Having Good knowledge Lean Management.
• Having Good systematic and analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent using MS office programs.
• No obstacle to travel.
• No military obligation for male candidates.
• Residing or willing to live in Çerkezköy, Çorlu.

 JOB DESCRIPTION

• Organizing and performing production activities in accordance with company targets and policies, production instructions and customer quality criteria, taking into account the Production Plan,
• Carrying out the necessary improvement-development studies to reduce production waste and time losses,
• To follow the production targets and to take action in case of deviation from the targets,
• Carrying out production machinery capacity, workforce and line balancing studies, budgeting on an annual basis,
• To ensure the application of lean production techniques or problem solving techniques to the enterprise and to raise awareness of the employees on this issue.
