Export Sales Specialist
About Us
ZEB Kozmetik is an innovative and rapidly growing cosmetics company operating in the personal care industry. With our own brand,It Girl, we aim to expand both in the domestic and international markets. We are looking for a new team member to strengthen our export operations.
We are seeking an Export Sales Specialist who will contribute to the development of new markets and play an active role in our brand’s global growth journey.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous export sales experience, preferably in the cosmetics, personal care, or FMCG industry.
- Fluency in both English and Russian (written and spoken) is required.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical, results-oriented, and proactive mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and as part of a team.
- No restrictions on international travel.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Preferably residing on the Anatolian side of Istanbul or willing to relocate.
Job Description
- Identify and acquire new customers and distributors in assigned international markets.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts and execute market development activities for assigned territories.
- Evaluate new business opportunities to expand the company's export volume.
- Understand customer needs and provide effective product and business solutions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports and present them to management.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at international trade fairs, customer meetings, and business events.

Candidate Profile
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in export sales.
Education
- Bachelor's degree.
- A Master's degree or ongoing graduate studies are considered an advantage.
Languages
- Fluent in English and Russian.
- Knowledge of Spanish, French, or Arabic will be considered an asset.
Military Service (For Male Candidates)
- Completed or exempt.
