GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

We’ve changed the game in Virtual Studio Production and will continue to lead it.

Award-winning Zero Density provides real-time photo-realistic 3D Virtual Studio and Augmented Reality platform, "Reality Engine", with real-time node-based compositing system and its own proprietary keying technology. 

It was the Reality Engine who was giving life to the Elder Dragon flying over the Bird’s Nest Stadium during League of Legend’s World Finals.

And it was Reality Engine creating a living set for World Cup broadcast on TF1 with ground-breaking technical and visual achievements. Reality Engine closed the gap between fiction and reality by enabling the teleportation of star player Eden Hazard from Russia to a studio in Belgium for a landmark interview. 

We are starting a new era in virtual studio production with Fox Sports’ state-of-the-art virtual set prepared for 2019 Nascar season, powered by Reality Engine. 

Our installations encompass Canada, France, the UK, China, the Netherlands, Australia, Portugal, Russia and many other countries. We will continue to expand our footprint globally with our offices in Izmir, Brussels and Las Vegas. We are looking for passionate and exceptional individuals to join our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Develop & own the business development strategy and sales process in the territory
  • Plan and oversee market entry & penetration strategy 
  • Manage and retain relationships with existing clients
  • Increase client base
  • Have an in-depth and updated knowledge of business products and value proposition
  • Negotiate with stakeholders
  • Identify and map business strengths and customer needs
  • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
  • Follow industry trends internationally
  • Conduct all pre-sales activities ie; submit responses to RFP, deliver, presentations, demos, POC
  • Manage complex contract negotiations and work with legal counsel (if required)
  • Use CRM system and keep all necessary info related with company’s clients& partners accurate 
  • Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan to expands company’s customer base & ensure it’ s strong presence and quota for the territory. 
  • Establish and maintain business relationship with regulators & governments & companies in broadcast industry in the Territory 
  • Determine & assign potential partners in his territory. Manage partner relationships, collaborate with channel partners, optimize channel operations, provide all necessary information to channel partner to enable them. 
  • Monitor & track competitors in the market by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, trends, competitive activities.
  • Recommend changes in products, service, & policy by evaluating results & competitive developments.


REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATION:

  • Required at least 3- 5 years sales & business development experience in IT or broadcast or media industry
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science is preferred but not required 
  • Superior presentation & English communication skills (Native English is preffered)
  • Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities & goal setting
  • Technical skills required to understand & propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements
  • Experience working to and exceeding target
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to negotiate
  • Self Motivated
  • Good in Conflict resolution
  • No travel restriction / Mobility must 
  • For male candidate’s Military services should be completed
