We are in search of Finance Manager in the Istanbul region to join the Zoomlion Family.

What will I be doing?

A Finance Manager, you will supervise the Accounts function within the Finance department by overseeing the development and processes of accurate reports and account management. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Creation of all necessary reports to assist with strategic financial planning,
• Being a part of Merger, Acquisition, and Exit Deals,
• Supporting due diligence processes,
• Preparation of project-based financial models,
• To perform valuation studies for Group Companies,
• Preparation of management reports and presentations,
• Ensure the accuracy of all department processes to the various accounts,
• Supervise processes and people to ensure that all payment deadlines are met,
• Manage all account queries and disputes,
• Balance accounts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis,
• Build accurate financial reports and identify discrepancies clearly,
• Execute tasks/requests as instructed by the Finance Manager and/or General Manager,
• Evaluate alternative financial instruments and products; conduct analyses, e.g. of interest rate risk, credit and currency risk; effectively use the derivative instruments,
• Daily monitor and analyze the domestic and international market conditions and regulatory developments,
• Credit risk management,
• Project risk management,

What are we looking for?

A Finance Manager to successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/engineering/economics from a reputable university,
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience (preferably from Big 4 consulting departments),
• Strong Analytical mindset with demonstrated skill in financial statement analysis, financial modeling, and valuation,
• Ability to form relationships with counterparts,
• Very good working knowledge of MS Office and expert user of MS Excel,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Previous experience in a high-volume Accounts function,
• Good time management and organization skills,
• For male candidates, military service should be completed and/or postponed for a minimum of 2 years.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy,
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external customers,
• Knowledge of derivatives and banking products,
• Ability to analyze markets and traded products,
