 Our client is a start-up company operating in IT & Software industry.

• Bachelor or Master degree in Finance or Accounting - a MBA would be an asset
• At least 5 year experience in a multinational environment in controlling or in financial analysis;
• Relevant experience in supervising and managing people;
• Experienced in US GAAP reporting;
• Ability to work in a demanding environment with short and mid-term deadlines;
• Self-starter, able to work in a matrix organization and work independently;
• Good sense of initiative, being proactive;
• High sense of confidentiality;
• Maintain independence within the corporate Finance organization, while working closely with the Country Managing Director
• Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as with third parties Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office; basic accounting systems, knowledge of Cognos a plus
• Fluent in Turkish and English

İŞ TANIMI

• Management accounting, reporting and financial analysis
• Preparing and consolidating regular financial statements and accounts, such as profit and loss accounts
• Monitoring and analyzing cash flow, costs and budgets – Actuals vs Projections
• Analyzing the company’s financial performance
• Forecasting and planning future spending and profits
• Recommending ways to reduce costs and increase profits
• Providing external auditors with company reports and financial data
• Managing a team member of accounting in Dubai
• Preparing company's payroll, credit control and bookkeeping systems
• Managing taxation, Social Security Contributions and other legal requirements
