We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist for our Human Resources Department.

  Qualifications:
• University degree in Social Science / Business Administration or equivalent, master's degree is preferable
• Minimum 3 years experience in HR functions (Recruitment,  learning & development etc.)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Team player with strong problem solving skills
• Fluency in English
• Must have advanced PC skills
 

İŞ TANIMI

  Responsibilities:
• Execution of HR projects and processes, particularly in the areas of talent development, learning, performance management,
• Coordinating training and development process including training needs analysis, developing programs, planning, organization, keeping records and measuring effectiveness in conjunction with personal development plan and organization needs
• Assuming responsibility for all recruitment and retention issue, including job profiling, suitable recruitment methods, interview selection, contracts of employment, induction, retention, succession planning, etc.
• Hiring, retaining and developing employee to meet the needs of the organization
• Supporting learning and development, performance management and various other HR projects
• Assisting in the co-ordination and orientation of new employees
• Any other activities required to deliver the HR Functional plan within the client populations supported
