• Graduated from engineering faculty from Mechanical or Electrical departments,
•  Fluent in English,
• Minimum 7 years of work experience in power plant maintenance,

İŞ TANIMI

• Supervision the maintenance staff,
• Maintenance Service Contracts and Warranty,
• Schedule preventive and predictive maintenance,
• Provide leadership and guidance for the maintenance staff,
• Schedule and conduct quarterly maintenance review meetings,
• Manage maintenance training programs for initial qualification, on the job training, continuing training, and proficiency training,
• Provide the stock optimization of plant spare parts and consumption materials; evaluate their lifetimes and efficiency,
• Implementation of the maintenance system (ORP software) Work with other functions to coordinate emergency preparedness and planning,
• Explain criteria for determining levels of emergencies and associated chain of command,
• Conduct partial and full tests of the emergency response plans,
• Lead site-specific hazard assessments and prepare associated response procedures,
• Evaluate incidents and associated responses; make recommendations for improvement,
• Participate in planning simulated emergency scenarios and determining appropriate responses,
