• Bachelor's degree preferably from Civil, Metallurgy, Mechanical, Electric/Electronics or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a manager, extensive experience in team management, performance metrics and the related skills of budget control, performance analysis and contractor management.
• Project management experience at construction, installation or similar projects especially at mining sector. Candidate shall submit project references which have been completed and managed by himself/herself during application,
• Shall have experience on construction of TSF(Tailing Storage Facility), Copper Flotation Plant, Crushing-Screening Facility..etc
• Should have Project Management Professional Certification ( PMP) and use Primavera
• No obstacles for domestic or international  travels
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Good at MS Office applications and MS project,
• No military obligations for male candidates,
• Should have driving licence,
• Willing to residence in Kastamonu-Hanönü.

İŞ TANIMI

• Defining and managing the scope of the project in collaboration and management of other related departments who will report to Project Manager,
• Creating a detailed work and time plan which identify and define the activities needed for successfully completing the project,
• Developing a schedule for project completion and update the schedule when necessary,
• Reviewing the project schedule with relative departments and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required
• Developing project HSE management plan, preparing project risk matrix, managing HAZOP studies, managing and monitoring HSE activities during construction and commissioning,
• Determining the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion
• Managing and coordinating the  contractors and suppliers to work on the project as appropriate
• Execute the project according to the project plan,
• Develop forms and records to document project activities
• Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the Project
• Establish a communication schedule with appropriate staff in the organization to update stakeholders on the progress of the Project
• Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
• Write reports on the project for management
• Monitor and approve all budgeted project expenditures
• Monitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to senior management on a regular basis,
• Manage all project funds according to established accounting policies and procedures,
• Ensure that all financial records for the project are up to date
• Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
• Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase
