We are looking for an IT Data Analytics Executive who will work on new projects, improve our process and leave a mark on the future!

How do we portray the ideal candidate?

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar disciplines
• Fluent in English
• Preferably have project management experience, PMO certificate
• Effective time management and simultaneous business execution skills
• Excellent verbal, written and social communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving ability
• Proven experience (5+ years) in business analysis with a focus on SAP systems, including hands-on experience with SAP modules like [SAP ECC,S/4HANA, SAP MDG, BW/BO etc.]
• Very good knowledge of SQL Server Integration Service and PowerBI
• Having an understanding of Data Architecture, System Architecture, Database Architecture: SQL Server etc.
• Experience in other data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
• Knowledge with data sources for BI Tools, usage of universes, SAP HANA views, BEx/BW queries, local data sources
• Experience with developing and optimizing BEx queries is very desirable.

What will you be doing as an IT Data Analytics Executive at Adel?

• Consult and support related departments in requirements analysis and specification.
• Ensuring the improvement of the employee analytics project in line with company objectives (data quality, inter-system integration, dashboard designs, etc.)
• Prepare reports to the executive team to make data-based decisions (Employee Profile Analysis, Efficiency/Labor Loss Analysis, Turnover Analysis, etc.)
• Project lead in respective task area for new development of complex solutions for integration as well as system components of SAP BPC & BW , Master Data Management Tools
• Plan and realize system enhancements and projects in a complicated system environment.
• Consult, analyze and improve business processes regarding business needs in consideration with value added new technologies.
• Monitor and Report Delivery KPIs, SLAs, and Vendor performance.
• Co-ordinate with functional consultants and supplier team to implement the design.
• Perform functional tests to confirm solution design before hand over for business test
• Create and manage product backlog items, prioritize them with the customer and team in line with the project goals.
• Lead a team of consultants, majority specializing in SAP systems, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive performance and achieve objectives.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of systems, data structures, and processes to identify improvement areas and recommend innovative solutions.
• Build a bridge between application consultants and business.
• Manage change requests during implementation.
• Support UAT and User Training
• Very good knowledge of the ITIL framework regarding IT service management (especially demand management, service request management and capacity/performance management) and common ITSM solutions (e.g. 4ME)
• Ensuring the improvement of the employee analytics project in line with company objectives (data quality, inter-system integration, dashboard designs, etc.)
• Prepare reports to the executive team to make data-based decisions (Employee Profile Analysis, Efficiency/Labor Loss Analysis, Turnover Analysis, etc.)
• Ensuring continuous analysis of the employee analytics project to support the organization's decision-making mechanism, monitoring the actions and results with the relevant units
• Enable the success of organizational initiatives by generating and presenting actionable insights and identifying gaps and opportunities.
• Acting as project owner to lead both team members and stakeholders.
• Following industry updates, new tools and developments and applying those to client’s projects
• Making the organization's KPI metrics trackable and executing business intelligence requests
• Carrying out supplier selection, POC, project management and budget management activities that will implement relevant data science projects.
