Introduction

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Global Compensation & Benefits Sr. Specialist to join our Human Resources Team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping our compensation strategies by analyzing market data, developing salary structures, and managing benefit programs to ensure they are competitive and align with our global strategies.

What you will do:

• Conduct thorough market research and analyze compensation trends to develop and maintain competitive salary structures and benefit packages
• Administer all compensation and rewards programs, including but not limited to annual salary review, bonus programs, recognition program, promotion processes, and equity reviews
• Create salary proposals for internal and external salaried team members, to ensure consistent compensation practices and internal equity
• Prepare and maintain reports, budgets, and records related to the compensation and benefits programs, and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
• Manage and execute salary review processes, including annual salary adjustments, promotions, and other changes to compensation packages
• Review, design and implement a global benefits framework for all employees based on country laws, regulations and best practices
• Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of external compensation and benefits regulations to ensure compliance across all operating regions
• Work closely with HR operations team to ensure accurate implementation and administration of compensation changes
• Participate in salary and labor market surveys to gather precise data that will support compensation and benefits strategies
• Provide expertise and advice on pay decisions, policy interpretations, and job evaluations

What you should ideally bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or Industrial Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in compensation, including experience with job descriptions, salary structures, equity analysis, and compensation survey completion and use
• Fluent in English communication, both verbally and in writing
• Strong experience in compensation and benefits
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and other human resources software and systems
