Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our expanding team! Our ideal candidate should be passionate about delivering an exceptional employee experience while fulfilling responsibilities for the internal customers and business partners of the procurement department. The Procurement Specialist will be authorized and responsible for the execution of direct and indirect purchasing processes and supplier development. 

• Procurement of the spare parts and consumables required by the tender procedure,
• Ensuring that the bids received for purchase and repair operations are approved by the procurement supervisor,
• To conduct market research for complete and maintenance for spare parts and equipment,
• Making stock entries of waybills and invoices in accordance with the computer system,
• Carrying out material supply and delivery with the company vehicle if necessary,
• Conducting market research and collecting bids for the labor activities to be carried out by the subcontractors at the factory site,
• Following up the market by providing analysis and reports.

WHAT MAKES YOU GREAT

•  Completed Bachelor’s Degree with focus on Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, International Trade,

• Affinity to work with figures, business analytics,
• Have an experience in Packaging Materials,
• Has a knowledge in Masterbatch as well as Additive materials,
• Ability to negotiate with suppliers,
• Highly self-motivated, self-driven and willing to learn,
• Fluent in English and Turkish,
• Excellent communication and organizational skills,
• Ability to manage challenging tasks with a high degree of self-responsibility,
• Professional MS-Office user expertise,
• 4 years of experience listed above and preferably in rigid plastic/packaging or FMCG manufacturing industry.
