QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• University in mechanical engineering or other engineering degree with experience in maintenance and reliability engineering required. 
• Experience and qualifications on electrical power and instrumentation is a plus.  Work history in manufacturing maintenance and operations with a minimum of 3 years technical experience in maintenance of rotating equipment.  
• Hands-on plant experience installing, operating and maintaining wet and dry chemical or minerals processing equipment, maintenance management systems, and preventive and predictive maintenance is required.
• Capital projects justification through project management experience – on time, on-budget, and on-scope.
• Mechanical aptitude to train employees, and audit & monitor process equipment. Experience with vibration analysis, IR thermography, oil analysis, etc. with strong data analysis and root cause analysis skills to support reliability centered maintenance activities.
• Field applied knowledge of Operational Excellence, TPM, 5S,  and LEAN Manufacturing tools and concepts.
• Good written and verbal communications in English
• Experience with Preventive, Predictive, Condition based and Reliability Centered Maintenance
• Strong problem solving/root cause analysis skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at a time
• Based in Enez - Kesan

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:     
 
Coordinates activities of skilled trades workers engaged in construction, maintaining and repairing equipment, structures and utility systems, and buildings and in maintaining plant. Coordinates engineering duties in the prevention, control and remediation of environmental health hazards utilizing various contractors. Work may include waste treatment, plant remediation or pollution control technology.
 
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

Supervises workers in installing, servicing, and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment.

• Requests required tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Analyzes and resolves work problems, assist employees in solving work problems.
• May direct workers engaged in maintenance activities.
• Promotes worksite safety by applying knowledge of industrial processes, mechanics and industrial health and safety.
• Correlates all outside contractor tasks and prepare plant for any projects requiring outside assistance.
• Research, monitor supplies, and order as needed.
• Maintains physical appearance of plant, special projects, task or assignments.
• Demonstrates a commitment to maintain a safe, clean and orderly work environment.
