• Supports the Operations organization in sustaining capability, process and improvements on the production shop-floor.

• Identifying, solving and putting corrective and preventive actions into place to overcome manufacturing issues.

• Executes the manufacturing process according to the QM system driving a safe and secure work environment on the shop-floor.

• Maintains records of all production related activities in the plant.

• Supervises workers in installing, servicing, and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment.

• Optimizes equipment uptime, equipment reliability and equipment efficiency by analyzing equipment performance data and maintenance practices and recommending improved and/or more appropriate program, procedures and systems along with recommending enhancement and/or new approaches. 

• Implements, manages, and monitors projects/programs intended to increase the uptime of assets. Such programs include but are not limited to: Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Reliability-Centered Maintenance, Condition-Based Maintenance, Total Productive Maintenance, and FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis) programs.

• Plays an active role in training production operators about process changes, equipment upgrades, procedural modifications.

• Follows and implements the principles of 5S, Standard Work, Daily Management and Problem Solving.

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial.

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Production, preferably in minerals industry.

• Excellent understanding of manufacturing principles in a 3-shift production plant

• Strong team player with excellent communication, problem solving and coordination skills

• Field applied knowledge of Operational Excellence, TPM, 5S, and LEAN Manufacturing tools and concepts

• Experience in blue collar management.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English

• Male candidates having completed their military service

• No restrictions for international travel

• Having a valid driving license

• Based or wiling to live in Enez or Kesan
