Site Architect

We are seeking a Site Architect for one of projects in Çorlu / Tekirdağ.

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Architecture,
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in building services engineering and/or architectural design,
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in industrial buildings
• Good inter-disciplinary coordination skill (electrical, mechanical, structural, architectural, etc.),
• Experienced in monitoring the installations/applications on site against the technical specifications, design and contract documentation
• Experienced in reviewing, organizing and managing the submissions of the Main Contractor
• Experienced in site health and safety applications
• Good risk evaluation and analysis skills
• Excellent command of written and verbal English,
• Able to travel

İŞ TANIMI

Main Responsibilities are to;

• Monitor and review architectural installations and applications on site
• Answer day-to-day questions about site activities
• Provide the coordination between the design architect and the site team
• Review the submissions of the Main Contractor and seek for the feedback from the design team and relevant parties
• Prepare explanatory sketches and drawings
• Identify non-conformances and report to relevant parties
• Attend meetings with Client, contractors, design team and other specialists
