You have / are : 

• BsC./ MsC  Degree from metallurgical and materials engineering / mechanical engineering / industrial engineering departments  
• Preferably 2-5 years experience in related field
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015  , preferably military standards and  quality management core tools ( PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA,8D , Control  Plan vs. )
• Fluent in English (written, spoken )
• Experienced in serial product , project  design & process validation testing processes
• Knowledge of measurement devices ,  methods , GD&T, metrology  and calibration
• Solid grasp  on MS Office applications, one of the CAD/CAE software is an asset
• Able to represent our company for domestic and international  customers verbal and written
• Driving license (B)
• No military  obligation
• Residing in İstanbul  Anatolian coast
• No domestic / international travel restriction

You are going to:

• Manage product , design  & process validation tests
• Conduct measurement system analysis, calibration, lead control  plan preparation.
• Conduct system , production process  audits , manage corrective actions
• Assist 2. & 3. Party audits, manage corrective action processes in coordination with related departments
• Handle internal manufacturing non-conformances. Initiate and manage corrective actions
• Handle customer complaints , prepare 8D reports
