About Role - Bookkeeper

• This person will be responsible for coding and reconciling bank and credit card entries

• Reviewing entries that were entered

• Updating Balance Sheet Schedules

• Entering Balance Sheet entries

• Entering bills into bill.com 

• Answering client questions via email or slack

• Follow process to create revenue and cogs entries

Requirements and Nice to Have

1. Must know the difference between Debit and Credits 

2. Comfortable speaking to clients in English 

3. Proficiency using Excel and Google Sheets

4. QBO experience a plus, but not required 

5. Work from home

6. Big 4 experience is a plus

7. The position is full-time, evening working hours are expected as many of our clients are located in Eastern Standard time zone

8. There will be assessment test for English, Accounting, and Excel skills
