We are seeking a talented and motivated "Quality Specialist - Continuous Improvement" to join our team located in Sarıyer/İstanbul. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading process improvement initiatives throughout the organization to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Lead or assist process optimization/waste elimination projects aligned with Site and Business Unit KPI improvement plans.
• Develop Value Stream Maps or Process Maps to identify improvement opportunities for Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.
• Implement continuous improvement methodologies including but not limited to VSM, Standard Work, 5S, Lean, and other loss savings and productivity improving activities.
• Support operational excellence in following up IT Digitalization actions related to operations improvement projects.
• Support sustainability and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System by coordinating and conducting trainings, documentation, risk analysis, auditing and corrective-preventive activities.
• Plan and perform internal audits and assessments to ensure compliance to the requirements of Management Systems.
• Perform root/cause and effect analysis (8D, Kaizen) for nonconformities reported by the customer and suppliers, and lead technical team to resolve them and follow-up.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering fields (Industrial, Mechanical, Metallurgical & Material, Electrical & Electronical Engineering).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement or operations management.
• Knowledge, experience and auditor certificates about Management Systems ( ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), statistical methods, audits, documentation, reviews and internal assessments.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies like Lean principles and Kaizen philosophy.
• Good command of English both written & spoken.
