QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Guest Relations Agent  with the following qualifications for our Burdock Hotel Autograph Collection  in the Istanbul/Karaköy region.

University graduate, preferably from Tourism and Hotel Management

Advence knowledge of English (Additional foreign language knowledge is preferred.)

At least 1 years of experience working in a similar position in an international hotel chain

Able to use Opera, Ms, Office programs effectively

Giving importance to his appearance, successful in communication, smiling, high personal motivation and proper diction

Having a guest satisfaction and solution-oriented approach, able to make fast and effective decisions, working with a passion for perfect service
