• University degree,
• Should have at least 2 years sales&marketing experience in freight forwarding,
• Excellent communication skills- both verbal and written- in English,
• Skills to communicate clearly at all levels- verbally, written and face-to-face,
• Capacity to solve problems effectively and to make good decisions in order to meet customer expectations consistent with company policies,
• Should be qualified at MS-Office applications,
• Must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• High-communication, negotiation and problem solving skills with analytical thinking,
• Better analyze customer needs,
• High level of energy, being a  good team player,
• Flexible for travelling 

İŞ TANIMI

• Build up the relationships with the customers, customer strategies with integrated business plan,
• Qualify and initiate contact with potential customers at all levels,
• Developping business relation with carriers for better procurmenet abilities,
• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through analysis and discovery, understanding key decision makers and determining the appropriate approach for each potential customer,
• Participate in face-to-face meetings to present proposals, offer solutions, and close business,
• Evaluation of national and international business development opportunities, follow-up of,
• Ensuring operational coordination between internal units provide logistics services.
