General Purpose

Assisting the Finance and Accounting Department daily, monthly, and annual activities and to ensure efficient, timely and accurate postings of accounts under his or her control.

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities Income and Fund team

·       Follow up on, whole collecting, payments from the banks.

·       Record the all-bank transaction according to accounting programs.

·       Perform Bank account reconciliations.

·       Prepare Vendor-Customer deposit returns and other according to demanding of related department and FAD’s teams.

·       Follow established procedures for processing cheques, receipts etc.

·       Research and resolve payment discrepancies.

·       Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.

·       Perform Pre audit tasks before invoicing.

·       Maintain up-to-date billing system.

·       Generate and send out invoices.

·       Research and resolve payment discrepancies.

·       Perform Pre audit tasks before invoicing.

·       Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records accordingly.

·       Investigate and resolve customer queries.

·       Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or personally.

·       Assist with month-end closing.

·       Collect data and prepare monthly metrics.

·       Other related tasks asked by the superior

Education and Experience

• Knowledge of accounts receivable
• Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures
• Knowledge of general accounting principals
• Proficiency in English and in SAP, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• 2-3 years finance, accounts receivable and general accounting experience
