We are looking for a high caliber Business Development Manager with following qualifications.

• University degree.
• Minimum 10 years of purchasing experience in automotive industry, preferably on car electronics.
• Knowledge, skills and experience in qualifying, structuring and negotiating with business partners.
• Excellent communication and cooperation skills, a team player with personal initiative.
• Willingness to frequently travel nationally and internationally.
• Very good command of English and Turkish languages, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of the MS Office package (Powerpoint, Excel, Word etc.)
• Valid driving licence.

• Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage opportunities in business.
• Make recommendations to senior management about the business and financial viability of alternative opportunities.
• Establishing long-term professional relationships with current and potential partners to promote the new business opportunities.
• Study of various market trends and active investigation to fulfill internal and external needs.
• Strong technical background, with an ability to engage in technical discussions with accounts/partners regarding application areas.
